1. Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій цільового призначення для нерухомого майна 8, 11, 15, 17 визначених додатком 3 до Порядку. 2. Орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати балансоутримувачу сплату земельного податку в установленому порядку не пізніше 1 місяця після виставлення рахунку балансоутримувача про компенсацію. 3. Орендар зобов’язаний укласти з балансоутримувачем договір на послуги з поводження з побутовими відходами не пізніше 1 місяця з дати укладання договору оренди.
