відповідно до ч. 8 п. 29 «Порядку передачі в оренду державного і комунального майна» затвердженого Постановою КМУ №483 від 03.06.2020р (далі – Порядок), (з урахуванням діючих державних будівельних норм України), під надання супутніх послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо самим закладом охорони здоровя, а саме: розміщення торговельного автомату з продажу продовольчих товарів (гарячі напої).

виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об`єкта оренди – не дозволяється. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, Статут, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Паспорт, код - для громадян України та нерезидентів.
