Огляд майна учасником аукціону в період надання цінової пропозиції є обов’язковим. У протилежному випадку претензії по якості майна не приймаються
List and requirements of registration documents:
1. Підписати протокол електронного аукціону протягом 3-х робочих днів з дня, наступного за днем його формування в ЦБД та надати його оператору, через електронний майданчик якого ним було подано цінову пропозицію. 2. Укласти договір купівлі-продажу майна з Організатором протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дня наступного за днем формування протоколу електронного аукціону та провести розрахунки з Організатором відповідно до умов договору. 3. Покупець здійснює попередню оплату Товару у розмірі 100% ціни договору протягом 5 (п´яти) банківських днів з дати виставлення рахунку (рахунки-фактури) на попередню оплату Продавцем. 4. Покупець зобов’язується здійснити прийняття всієї кількості Товару протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дати попередньої оплаті рахунку (рахунка-фактури). 5. Протягом одного робочого дня після закінчення електронного аукціону, учасник, який за результатами аукціону надав цінову пропозицію з найвищою вартістю, повинен підтвердити вартість своєї цінової пропозиції. Примірний зразок цінової пропозиції додається та є окремим додатком до документації із завантаженням в ЕТС окремим файлом в оголошенні про продаж майна.
