Придбане на аукціоні майно передається покупцю після повної сплати запропонованої ним ціни. Про передачу майна складається акт про придбання майна на аукціоні.
Земельна ділянка на якій розташована будівля закріплена за ДП "СГП "Березівське" на праві постійного користування. Переможець аукціону самостійно вирішує питання оформлення земельної ділянки відповідно до положень Цивільного кодексу України та Земельного кодексу України (наразі у ГУ Держгеокадастру у Полтавській області перебуває на розгляді заява ДП "СГП "Березівське" про припинення права постійного користування земельними ділянками).
Можливість надання переможцю аукціону податкової накладної: продаж майна здійснюється без ПДВ, тому податкова накладна не надається. Початкова вартість, а також запропонована учасником аукціону в ході торгів вартість лоту визначається без урахування ПДВ.
Ознайомлення із майном банкрута (місцезнаходження вул. Шевченка, 59, с. Березова Рудка, Лубенський (Пирятинський) район, Полтавська область), що пропонується до продажу, здійснюється за попередньою домовленістю із ліквідатором.
Розмір винагороди оператора - відповідно до законодавства.
Спосіб отримання додаткової інформації про проведення аукціону: надається ліквідатором у відповідь на запит, направлений на електронну пошту ліквідатора – d.prihodko@ukr.net
