Зазначений договір діє до 31.07.2024. Орендна плата визначена на підставі Методики розрахунку орендної плати за майно територіальної громади м. Києва, яке передається в оренду, затвердженої рішенням Київської міської ради від 21.04.2015 № 415/1280, і становить без ПДВ: 1 грн. на рік.
Об'єкт переданий в оренду для розміщення бюджетної установи, яка утримується за рахунок бюджету міста Києва.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта.
