Готель "Слов'янський" розташований в м. Новгород-Сіверський Чернігівської області на мальовничому березі р. Десна в безпосередній близькості від Спасо-Преображенського монастиря (XI-XII ст.). Новгород-Сіверський, місто легендарного князя Ігоря Святославовича, де збереглася ціла низка історико-культурних пам'яток, є одним з найцікавіших для туристів міст нашої країни. До комплексу входять: салон краси, тренажерний зал, більярд-клуб, турецька лазня, сауна з басейном, диско-бар на 75 чол. Готель розташований за 2 км від автовокзалу. Відстань до м. Чернігова – 171 км. З Києва до Новгород-Сіверського – 324 км автотранспортом, повітряним шляхом з Борисполя – 285 км. В 10 хв. їзди за 8 км в с. Троїцьке є функціонуючий аеродром. На відстані 100 м від готелю розміщений стадіон, який у разі потреби можна використати в якості гелікоптерної площадки. Звертаємо увагу, що на остаточну ціну продажу об'єкта буде нараховано ПДВ у розмірі, визначеному чинним законодавством України.
