Києва, яке передається в оренду, затвердженої рішенням Київської міської ради від 21.04.2015 № 415/1280 (із змінами та доповненнями), і становить за базовий місяць розрахунку грудень 2019 року 1 480,79 грн, без ПДВ.
Нежитлові приміщення передані в орендне користування для розміщення громадської організації на площі, що не використовуються для провадження підприємницької діяльності.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність
