Орендар відшкодовує Орендодавцю витрати пов’язані з проведенням незалежної оцінки приміщення у розмірі 1 023,62 грн без ПДВ. Розмір плати за користування нерухомим майном (орендної плати) за перший (базовий) місяць оренди визначається шляхом відкритих торгів. В подальшому, сума плати за користування Майном (орендної плати) за поточний місяць оренди визначається шляхом коригування суми плати за користування Майном (орендної плати) за попередній місяць на індекс інфляції за місяць, що передує попередньому місяцю. Орендний платіж за місяць оренди нерухомого майна не включає вартість спожитих комунальних послуг, які відшкодовуються Орендарем згідно виставленого рахунку Орендодавця.
