Майно передається в аренду без права передачі в субаренду, Частина нежитлового приміщення загальною площею 18,3 м2 , яке пропонується для передачі в оренду для розміщення суб’єктів господарювання, що надають послуги з перевезення та доставки(вручення) поштових відправлень. … Знаходиться в будівлі Скоморошківського старостинського округу. Будівля введена в експлуатацію в 1965 році. Фундамент – кам’яний, cтіни – цегляні, перекриття – дерев’яновальковане, підшивне, дах покритий шифером, підлога- дерев’яна, вікна – металопластикові. Приміщення в задовільному технічному стані.
