Тобто, орендар нежитлових приміщень самостійно має укласти договори на водопостачання та електропостачання, вивезення твердих побутових відходів з постачальниками таких послуг. У разі відсутності такої можливості відшкодувати підприємству балансоутримувачу відповідно до окремо укладеного договору.
