Вказаний об’єкт розташований у Галицькому районі м. Львова, технічний стан задовільний, наявні інженерні комунікації: … електропостачання, водопостачання, каналізація. Нежитлові приміщення першого поверху загальною площею 48,3 кв. м. на вул. Гребінки Є., 6 є частиною пам’ятки архітектури місцевого значення, яка занесена до Державного реєстру нерухомих пам’яток України, відповідно до Наказу Міністерства культури та інформаційної політики України «Про занесення об’єктів культурної спадщини до Державного реєстру нерухомих пам’яток України» №14 від 18.01.2021, охоронний №4297-Лв.
