- після укладання договору оренди, Орендар зобов’язаний не пізніше ніж через три місяці здійснити за власний рахунок реконструкцію автозупинки-комплексу відповідно до ескізного проєкту, розробленого за рахунок Орендаря у встановленому законом порядку; - Орендар здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь Орендодавця відповідно до Порядку; - крім орендної плати, Орендар сплачує за послуги: прибирання прилеглої території; за комунальні послуги; вивіз сміття тощо; - Орендар забезпечує охорону об’єкта та інші експлуатаційні послуги; - капітальний та поточний ремонт здійснюється за рахунок Орендаря за письмовим погодженням з Орендодавцем; - Протягом 10 робочих днів з дня укладення договору оренди Орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати Балансоутримувачу витрати, пов’язані з проведенням незалежної оцінки майна в сумі 3500,00 грн.
