Додатково здійснюється компенсація експлуатаційних витрат та комунальних витрат майбутнім орендарем (лічильник + компенсація за місця загального користування пропорційно до площі орендованих приміщень). Строк дії Договору оренди не може бути більшим строку дії Договору управління майном.
