Технічний стан визначений в акті, що міститься в завантаженій документації (позиція №13). Продаж здійснюється відповідно до вимог Порядку відчуження об'єктів державної власності затвердженого постановою КМУ від 6.06.2007 р. № 803 (в редакції постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.10.2019 р. № 884) (далі - Порядок). Працівники Національного банку … України не можуть брати участь в електронному аукціоні (п. 32 Порядку). Покупець за власні кошти, самостійно знімає та становить на відповідний облік/ реєстрацію рухоме майно, у разі такої потреби.
