Місце поставки: м. Київ, вул. Георгія Кірпи, 2 або м. Київ, вул. Мурманська, 7. Строк поставки: Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Товар Покупцю у відповідності до наступного порядку: 1. Поставка Товару у кількості 40 % (сорок відсотків) від загального обсягу визначеного умовами Специфікації, здійснюється Постачальником у строк, що не перевищує 21 (двадцяти одного) календарного дня з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору. 2. Поставка Товару у кількості 30% (тридцять відсотків) від загального обсягу визначеного умовами Специфікації, здійснюється Постачальником у строк, що не перевищує 40 (сорок) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору, але в будь-якому випадку не раніше ніж через 30 (тридцять) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору. 3. Поставка Товару у кількості 30% (тридцять відсотків) від загального обсягу визначеного умовами Специфікації, здійснюється Постачальником у строк, що не перевищує 60 (шістдесят) календарних днів з моменту підписання … Сторонами цього Договору, але в будь-якому випадку не раніше ніж через 50 (п’ятдесят) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору. Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю: 5 % від ціни Договору про закупівлю.
