Конкретне місце поставки визначається Покупцем шляхом завчасного повідомлення Постачальника, відповідно до умов Договору, про адресу складу, на який повинен бути поставлений Товар. Терміни поставки в оголошенні наведені орієнтовні. Відповідно до умов договору строк поставки: Поставка Товару у кількості 40% (сорок відсотків) від загального обсягу визначеного умовами Специфікації, здійснюється Постачальником у строк, що не перевищує 21 (двадцяти одного) календарного дня з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору. Поставка Товару у кількості 30% (тридцять відсотків) від загального обсягу визначеного умовами Специфікації, здійснюється Постачальником у строк, що не перевищує 40 (сорок) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору, але в будь-якому випадку не раніше ніж через 30 (тридцять) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору. Поставка Товару у кількості 30% (тридцять відсотків) від … загального обсягу визначеного умовами Специфікації, здійснюється Постачальником у строк, що не перевищує 60 (шістдесят) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору, але в будь-якому випадку не раніше ніж через 50 (п’ятдесят) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору. Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю: 5 % від ціни Договору про закупівлю.
