Would it be possible to combine the six phases into one phase? It would make the project more manageable if all the work is given for the expected duration of 11 months, and the phases are combined into one phase. Allocation of resources and project planning become more feasible for a greater number of contractors, thus giving UGV the benefit of competition in pricing and quality, while still delivering the project on time.
