Documents that are not prepared by the bidder and submitted as part of the tender offer may be submitted in both Ukrainian and Russian. If a document in a language other than Ukrainian or Russian is submitted as part of the tender offer, the bidder shall provide a translation of this document. The participant is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the translation.
