Технічна документація, а також документи, викладені в оригіналі російською мовою, що видані учаснику або складені учасником, не потребують перекладу українською мовою. Документи, що надаються учасниками у складі їх тендерних пропозицій, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову.
