Legal services, related to representation of the National Joint-Stock Company’s “Naftogaz of Ukraine” interests in relations with the third parties in foreign jurisdictions, including in court hearings in courts of foreign jurisdictions of all instances, arbitration institutions, including the reimbursement of damage caused to the Company by third parties regarding the enforcement of the English Court decision dated 28.02.11, rendered in the case initiated by Merchant International Company Ltd (USA), including the filing suits, applications, complaints, appeal and cassation petitions, complaints (applications), and legal services related to the representation of the interests of the Company in the European Court of Human Rights
