СКАРГА НА НЕПРАВОМІРНІ ДІЇ ЗАМОВНИКА
9 грудня 2022 року учасника ТОВ «ПЕНСІЙНО-АКТУАРНИЙ КОНСУЛЬТАНТ» було обрано переможцем та в електронній системі закупівель було оприлюднено повідомлення про намір укласти договір.
Однак, ми не погоджуємось із прийнятим рішенням, вважаємо його незаконним і таким, що порушує права та законні інтереси інших учасників закупівлі, оскільки воно прийняте з порушенням вимог діючого законодавства
