Під час проведення запиту пропозицій постачальника в електронному каталозі щодо Закупівлі у зв’язку з надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами, що настали для Замовника внаслідок дії обставин непереборної сили, а саме під час публікації запиту пропозицій помилково було завантажено в систему проєкт договору з недоліком в формулі розрахунку ціни та відсутній термін початку постачання. Можливість редагувати оголошення закупівлі та змінювати документи відсутня.
