Замовник здійснює оплату за фактично надані послуги шляхом перерахування грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Замовника у розмірі 100% (сто відсотків) від вартості фактично наданих послуг після підписання Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, протягом 20-ти календарнихднів з дня отримання Замовником належним чином оформленого оригіналу рахунку Виконавця та належним чином оформленої податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування до податкової накладної в електронній формі та зареєстрованій в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних (далі – ЄРПН) в порядку та строки визначені податковим законодавством.
