Умови оплати товару: Розрахунок за товар здійснюється Замовником протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів від дати поставки товару на адресу Замовника на підставі видаткової накладної. При розрахунках за Договором за рахунок бюджетних коштів, бюджетні … зобов’язання Замовника за Договором виникають в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку Замовника бюджетного фінансування, призначеного на оплату товару, Замовник проводить оплату поставленого товару протягом 5 (п'яти) робочих днів з дня надходження бюджетного фінансування відповідних видатків на рахунок Замовника. Строк поставки товару: Поставка товару здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати укладення Договору, але не пізніше 30.06.2024 (залежно від того, яка дата настане раніше).
