Розрахунки за виконані Роботи, у розмірі 90 % від загальної вартості виконаних робіт, проводяться у безготівковому вигляді за формою платіжного доручення, після підписання обома Сторонами Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та на умовах відстрочки платежу до 60 днів з моменту підписання Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та за умови отримання Замовником цільових бюджетних коштів.

Description:
Оплата за виконані Роботи, у розмірі 10% від загальної вартості виконаних Робіт проводиться Замовником (з останнього Акту(ів) приймання виконаних будівельних робіт) у двотижневий строк після введення Об’єкту в експлуатацію відповідно до чинного законодавства в Україні, та передачі Замовнику комплектної виконавчої документації у чотирьох примірниках.

Керівник учасника процедури закупівлі не був засуджений за кримінальне правопорушення, вчинене з корисливих мотивів (зокрема, пов’язане з хабарництвом, шахрайством та відмиванням коштів), судимість з якого не знято або не погашено в установленому законом порядку
Вчинення економічних правопорушень
Суб’єкт господарювання (учасник процедури закупівлі) протягом останніх трьох років не притягувався до відповідальності за порушення, передбачене пунктом 4 частини другої статті 6, пунктом 1 статті 50 Закону України "Про захист економічної конкуренції", у вигляді вчинення антиконкурентних узгоджених дій, що стосуються спотворення результатів тендерів
