Оплата за Товар здійснюється Покупцем згідно з ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дня отримання Покупцем Товару на підставі належним чином оформлених документів (рахунків-фактур, видаткових накладних тощо) Продавця при наявності бюджетних призначень на ці цілі, з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій. Розрахунки за Товар згідно з Договором здійснюються Покупцем у національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування відповідних грошових сум на поточний рахунок Продавця.
