Description:
Розрахунки за прийнятий Товар належної якості та кількості проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку – фактури (2 примірники) протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати постачання, за умови надходження бюджетних коштів на рахунок Покупця за даним кодом видатків. Замовник бере на себе фінансові зобов’язання щодо оплати товару лише за умови наявності відповідних видатків державного бюджету. Ця умова є відкладальною обставиною (п. 1 ст.212 Цивільного Кодексу України).
