В протоколі №83 не надається 24 годин на виправлення формальних помилок, також в протоколі Замовник в резулятивній частині зазначає учасника ТОВ ТД "ИРБИС", хоча до цього по тексту протоколу мова йде про ЗФ ПП ТД "Галпідшипник", отже Замовник сам припускається помилки .
