Requirement Description:
1. Прийняти Скаргу до розгляду.
2. Встановити наявність порушення законодавства Замовником при проведенні процедури закупівлі за ідентифікатором UA-2024-04-05-002839-a.
3. Зобов’язати Замовника - КОМУНАЛЬНЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО БРОВАРСЬКОЇ МІСЬКОЇ РАДИ БРОВАРСЬКОГО РАЙОНУ КИЇВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ "БРОВАРИТЕПЛОВОДОЕНЕРГІЯ" внести зміни до тендерної документації.
