Оплата виконаних робіт проводиться поетапно проміжними платежами по мірі виконання робіт та в межах фактичних надходжень на розрахункові рахунки Замовника. Проміжні та остаточний розрахунки за виконані роботи Замовник здійснює при умові надходження коштів із джерела фінансування, на підставі актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма № КБ-2в) і довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма № КБ-3), підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника протягом 7 робочих днів з дня підписання Сторонами форм № КБ-2в та № КБ-3.
