Рішенням уповноваженої особи Замовника від 11.04.2024, висвітленого в протоколі № 8, (далі – Рішення 8) мою тендерну пропозицію відхилено.
Вважаю Рішення 8 безпідставним, неправомірним та прийнятим з порушенням законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель з огляду на наступні фактори.
