Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця, вказаний у цьому Договорі, не пізніше 90 (дев’яноста) днів з дня підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін накладної на поставку та монтаж Товару, а у випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування Покупця – протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Розрахунок здійснюється з урахуванням вимог постанови КМУ №590 від 09.06.2021р.
