Description:

Розрахунки «Покупцем» за Товар здійснюється на підстві до ч.1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – лише за фактично отриманий Товар на підставі належним чином оформлених документів «Продавця» (рахунків фактур, видаткових накладних тощо) протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів, при наявності бюджетних призначень на ці цілі, з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій. Джерело фінансування закупівлі: кошти Державного бюджету України.
