Оплата за надані Послуги здійснюються Страхувальником на підставі ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – лише за фактично отримані Послуги на підставі належним чином оформлених документів Страховиком (Акта приймання-передачі послуг, страхових полісів) протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів, при наявності бюджетних асигнувань на ці цілі, з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій. Джерело фінансування закупівлі: кошти Державного бюджету України.
