В Протоколі відхилення замовник вказує «Учасником надано файл «Кошторис.р<И», в якому зазначено Середньомісячна заробітна плата на 1 робітника в режимі повної зайнятості (при середньомісячній нормі тривалості робочого часу 170,25 люд.год та розряді робіт 3,8) - 7 000,00 грн.
На 2024 рік ці розміри визначено у ст. 8 Закону України «Про Державний бюджет України на 2024 рік» від 09.11.2023 № 3460-ІХ. Січень-березень 2024 року, грн - 7100,00.
А також в поданому Учасником Локальному кошторисі не відображено термін виконання технічного обслуговування відповідно до Регламенту 1 та Регламенту 2 технічного завдання.»
