Description:
Оплата здійснюється шляхом переказу Замовником грошових коштів у безготівковій формі на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що визначений у цьому Договорі, після отримання обідів протягом семи банківських днів. Розрахунок здійснюється з урахуванням вимог Постанови КМУ «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану» від 9 червня 2021 року №590. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлені послуги здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
