Субспоживач зобов'язується відшкодовувати за спожиту електроенергію Споживачу в розмірі 100% вартості отриманих обсягів електроенергії на підставі виставленого акту здачі-приймання робіт шляхом перерахування грошових коштів не пізніше 5-х робочих днів з моменту його отримання. Акт здачі-приймання робіт виставляється Споживачем на підставі фактично отриманих Субспоживачем обсягів електроенергії та діючої вартості електроенергії. Додатково Субспоживач сплачує Споживачу за використання та обслуговування елетрокомунікацій (мереж) в розмірі 15% від вартості заявленої електроенергії за кожен місяць.Кількість спожитої електроенергії визначається у відповідності з показниками встановлених Споживачем лічильників або розрахунковим шляхом
