Description:

Розрахунки здійснюються у відповідності з частиною 1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг. Сторони підписують Акт наданих Послуг щомісячно не пізніше 15 числа місяця наступного за звітним місяцем. Розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування у безготівковій формі, в гривнях, грошових коштів на поточний банківський рахунок Виконавця протягом 10 робочих днів з моменту підписання акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг. Фінансування здійснюється згідно бюджетного призначення. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційних рахунок. Розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється Замовником з бюджетного рахунку, відкритого в Державній казначейській службі України в м. Києві.
