Авансовий платіж у розмірі 50% від Ціни Договору перераховується Покупцем Постачальнику протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати укладення Договору.

Description:

Остаточний розрахунок за Договором здійснюється Покупцем протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Постачальника та Покупця та скріплення їх підписів відбитками печаток Постачальника та Покупця Акту приймання-передачі товару. Cума остаточного розрахунку за Договором змінюється у випадку зміни (збільшення або зменшення) офіційного курсу гривні до долара США, встановленого Національним банком України на 10 год. 00 хв. дати підписання Акту Сторонами більш, ніж на 3% (три відсотки), по відношенню до офіційного курсу гривні до долара США, встановленого Національним банком України на 10 год. 00 хв. дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій.
