Усі розрахунки між Сторонами за Договором здійснюються шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у Договорі протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної. 3.3. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється з урахуванням норм Бюджетного кодексу України, в межах реального фінансування видатків, шляхом оплати Замовником усього поставленого Товару на підставі Накладної.
