1. Прийняти скаргу до розгляду та задовільнити.
2. Зобов’язати Замовника КОМУНАЛЬНЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО "ЛІСОВИК" ПАСІЧНЯНСЬКОЇ СІЛЬСЬКОЇ РАДИ внести зміни до тендерної документації шляхом виключення дискримінаційних умов у закупівлі за ідентифікатором UA-2023-12-08-006972-a за предметом закупівлі: Дизельне паливо, бензин- А95 (код ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 Нафта та дистиляти ).
