Description:
72710000-0 - Послуги у сфері локальних мереж. Розрахунки Замовником проводяться в строк 10 робочих днів з моменту підписання Акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг, шляхом переказу коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця при наявністі бюджетних коштів на розрахунковому рахунку Замовника. У разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування (затримки в бюджетному фінансуванні), розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після надходження коштів на рахунок Замовника, при цьому штрафні санкції до Замовника при затримці оплати не застосовуються.
