ПРОШУ:
1. Прийняти скаргу до розгляду та задовільнити.
2. Зобов’язати Замовника Валківська міська рада внести зміни до тендерної документації шляхом виключення дискримінаційних вимог у закупівлі за ідентифікатором UA-2023-11-13-014457-a за предметом закупівлі: Пально-мастильні матеріали (Бензин А-92 та дизельне паливо) за ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти: лот № 1 – Дизельне паливо, лот № 2 – Бензин А92.
