Description:
За письмовим зверненням Підрядника останньому може бути наданий аванс. Попередня оплата може здійснюватися на строк не більше 3 (трьох) місяців в межах поточного бюджетного періоду, у розмірі до 30% від річної вартості робіт по Договору, з урахуванням раніше виплачених сум авансів за Договором, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4.12.2019 року №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів, лише щодо робіт, надання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі Актів форми № КБ-2в (УПВ), підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін.

Керівник учасника процедури закупівлі не був засуджений за кримінальне правопорушення, вчинене з корисливих мотивів (зокрема, пов’язане з хабарництвом, шахрайством та відмиванням коштів), судимість з якого не знято або не погашено в установленому законом порядку
Вчинення економічних правопорушень
Суб’єкт господарювання (учасник процедури закупівлі) протягом останніх трьох років не притягувався до відповідальності за порушення, передбачене пунктом 4 частини другої статті 6, пунктом 1 статті 50 Закону України "Про захист економічної конкуренції", у вигляді вчинення антиконкурентних узгоджених дій, що стосуються спотворення результатів тендерів
