Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 10 (десятий) робочий день з дати реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої відповідно до вимог законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів, зазначених у п. 5.4 цього Договору.
