Description:
Замовник здійснює оплату за надані послуги на підставі виставленого рахунку та акту виконаних робіт на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін не більше 15 робочих днів з моменту факту надання послуги. При виникненні бюджетних зобов’язань оплата за надану послугу проводиться при наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та /або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за надану послугу здійснюється протягом 7 (Семи) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платежі.
