ТОВ "ТЕНДЕР ПРО" (Скаржник) приймає участь у тендерній закупівлі UA-2023-07-25-007360-a де предмет закупівлі - 44112000-8 Будівельні конструкції різні. Тендерна пропозиція Скаржника відхилена Замовником внаслідок нібито невідповідності її умовам тендерної документації, Скаржник не погоджується з рішенням Замовника щодо невідповідності його тендерної пропозиції умовам тендерної документації. Непогоджуючись з рішенням Замовника, Скаржник звертається до Органу Оскарження зі скаргою.
