Проаналізувавши тендерну пропозицію ТОВ «АЛСІ-ХРОМ», яке було визнано переможцем торгів, ТОВ «ІДЕАЛАБ» були встановлені невідповідності тендерної пропозиції ТОВ «АЛСІ-ХРОМ» вимогам тендерної документації та відповідно порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з боку Замовника, який неправомірно, всупереч чинному законодавству з публічних закупівель та з грубим порушенням його норм, визначив переможцем учасника, тендерна пропозиція якого не відповідає вимогам тендерної документації.
