Description:
Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються на умовах відстрочення платежу протягом 7 банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником фінансування на предмет даного Договору на свій рахунок, після передачі Товару у власність Замовника, при умові отримання від Постачальника документів, передбачених Договором, та документів, що стосуються Товару, які передбачені цим Договором. В разі здійснення оплати за рахунок коштів підприємства розрахунки здійснюються на умовах відстрочення платежу протягом 7 банківських днів після передачі Товару у власність Замовника. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування – розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів після отримання Замовником фінансування на предмет даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Допускається відстрочення платежу оплати за фактом поставленого товару на 60 календарних днів.
