Розрахунки за надані послуги Замовник здійснює протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, за умови реєстрації податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу, та на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку фактури. Якщо Постачальник не є платником Податку на додану вартість, умови в частині реєстрації Підрядником усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних не застосовуються.
